the printins £35, the venues £75 (its extra cos were doin 6 hours as opposed to 4), Catering for 100 put on by the venue will be £75 so let me know if i should order it. the t-shirts were workin on and the best price for canvasses i could find was 4 for £10. so in total thats 195 minus the t-shirts wich i think matt could get a slightly better deal if we buy them bulk. if theres anything ive missed just add it here
cheerz guys

I thought it was £66 for the venue? I might have misheard though. Some douche bag was playing drums. 300 Flyers, 150 Tickets, 50 Posters - £35 50 T-shirts - £160 Venue - £75 4 Canvases - £10 250 CDS with Sleave - £100 Banner - £ Rehearsals - £ Should we get one or two big canvases for the first price? We should have asked about bringing our own food, tommy can get some cheap as chips pizzas from costco but we would need to get them cooked.

like I said in the meeting thread... I'll sort out the rehersal studio for as little cost as possible.
I'll email garry @ pivo and see if we'd be allowed to sort our own catering and maybe use their facitities to cook with as well.

... also! on the date of the gig pivo pivo is closed during the day, so we've been given permision to access the venue and get everything ready, redecorate, hang banners, soundchecks, cooking? etc

All individual prices are plus VAT and include bulk poly-bagging and local delivery. The origination * costs are one off non-recurring fees that are kept on file for any future jobs that you may have.
